We Don't Guess What's Wrong, We Measure It and Fix It

Great experience with Rooted Heating & Air. Logan is trustworthy, communicates clearly, arrives on time, and follows through on his word. He’s dependable, professional, and does what he says he’s going to do. As a real estate agent and investor it seems that I am in need of contractors consistently. However when it comes to any HVAC related issue I do not have to worry and I know that everything will be handled properly and swiftly. I highly recommend Rooted Heating & Air for anyone looking for reliable heating and air service. His attention to detail is top notch and he understands that you are asking him into your home and cares for it as such. Another thing that I do not see from other contractors that makes Rooted stand out is that it does not matter if Rooted comes out to your home for a quick one hour job or multiple day job - Rooted cleans up after themselves every time and every day. Like spotless clean! I take pride in calling Logan and the Rooted team friend and they have gained my total trust.

As the owner of Reservoir Property Ventures, I work with a lot of contractors, and I can honestly say that Logan and the team at Rooted Heating & Air are among the best I’ve worked with. In real estate investing, property management, and renovations, having an HVAC company you can trust isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. We’ve used Rooted Heating & Air on multiple projects, and they consistently deliver exceptional work, fair pricing, and outstanding communication. When they tell you they’ll be there, they’re there. When they quote a job, they stand behind it. And when something needs to be fixed, they get it done right the first time. What really sets Logan apart is his integrity. He takes the time to explain the issue, present options, and recommend what actually makes sense instead of trying to sell services you don’t need. That’s becoming increasingly rare in the service industry. Whether you’re a homeowner, landlord, investor, or business owner, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rooted Heating & Air. They’ve earned our trust, our repeat business, and our highest recommendation. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that combines professionalism, expertise, honesty, and customer service, stop searching and call Logan. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all day long

Logan and his team are top notch! They communicate well, are fair, and get the job done correctly. Logan explained exactly what was going on, laid out our options and then allowed us to make a no pressure decision on the direction we wanted to go. Ultimately, we got a new system and the team did great with the install. Hallelujah for cold air! Thanks Logan and team!
